Throughout April, KITCHEN – Bel-Air Restaurant: If there’s one thing we find is lacking a bit in London, it’s the LA health-food inspired cafes. Finally, the Healthy Foodie Gods have answered our prayers and delivered them in the form of this Shoreditch-based restaurant. On the menu are healthy dishes made with natural ingredients and fresh produce, wish a focus on low-salt, low-carb and refined-sugar free dishes. We shall be heading to Shoreditch to sample the hash made from grated courgette and smoked paprika and served with a scrambled egg and also want to try the avocado slaw and super green salad. Form an orderly queue (behind us!) and let us know what you think.

11th April, WORLD –  An Introduction to Beekeeping: Bees are an essential treasure to mankind and alas, one that is particularly at risk of extinction. So, whether you’re part of the ‘Save the Bees’ movement and considering getting a beehive of your own, or simply fascinated by these marvelous creatures this event is for you. 16th & 23rd April, WELLBEING – Sunset Meditation Drop-In: Looking for a great way to unwind after work and recharge your batteries? These Thursday meditation classes will allow you to practice with fellow minded meditators in an accessible central London setting overlooking Fitzroy Square. We’ve been and love it!

18th April, WORLD – Wild Spring Greens Foraging Walk: A fan of foraging? Join The Urban Harvest Crew on one of their monthly foraging walks. The next one will be taking place in Walthamstow Marshes on April the 18th and will be followed by a picnic. We’re fans of this beautiful space, which is also a conservation area as it’s a real slice of countryside in urban London. There’s no need for booking- just turn up! Visit  

21st April, WELLBEING – Hacking Happiness: New to mindfulness? This evening session at the Hoxton Hotel Holborn will be the perfect introduction to what is classified by most who have tried it, as a life-changing practice. It will help you ace your inner game and thrive at your outer game. Book on

22nd April instore, BEAUTY – Hair Masterclass: Calling all curly heads! Have you a head full of curls but not quite sure what to do with it? Come along to our free curly hair masterclass hosted by curl expert and Bouclème founder Michele Scott-Lynch and have all your curl questions answered! 22nd April instore, WORLD – Earth Day: Earth is our favourite day of the year as a reminder of why we go organic. After all, true organic farming is a growing method which works in harmony with the seasons and avoids using harmful pesticides. Much better for the planet and the bees! 24th April, WORLD –  Wildflower Meadow Creations: Creating wildflower meadows in the park sounds like the perfect Spring activity to us! If you’re partial to growing wildflowers in the park too, sign up as a volunteer in West Ham Park and you’ll be gain conservation skills and help enhance wildlife.

26th April , FITNESS  Yoga Breakfast Club: We love a bit of yoga on the weekend to stretch out and energise! Even better when we know there will be a nourishing, healthy and delicious breakfast waiting for us. Which is why this dynamic 75 minute class sounds like the perfect #SundayFunday activity. 20th – 26th April,  WELLBEING – London Health Week: Stressed from the city life? Get your fill of wellbeing at London Health Week. The event aims to make health and wellbeing more accessible to stress-bound Londoners. How does it work? 26th April, WORLD – Spring time in the Park: Feeling the call of the wild but stuck in the city? Visit Epping Forest, a beautiful sprawling green area just on the outskirts of London.
