Health is Wealth: Summer ‘Simple Greens’ Smoothie for Skin

Sometimes things in life are best kept simple. This green smoothie recipe is our go to for when temperatures rise and keeping cool takes priority over cooking. A refreshing cross between a juice and a smoothie this simple recipe is great for skin, hydration and filling a snack spot.

Simple Greens

  • 5 small cubes of fresh or frozen pineapple (about half a 1.5cm deep slice – more if you like it sweet)
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 cup of coconut water
  • 2 handfuls of organic spinach leaves
  • 4-5 mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of Pure Synergy
  • if using as a meal replacement add a couple of teaspoons of your favourite protein powder

Blizz in a blender until the spinach has broken down and drink!
