Sometimes things in life are best kept simple. This green smoothie recipe is our go to for when temperatures rise and keeping cool takes priority over cooking. A refreshing cross between a juice and a smoothie this simple recipe is great for skin, hydration and filling a snack spot.
- 5 small cubes of fresh or frozen pineapple (about half a 1.5cm deep slice – more if you like it sweet)
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 cup of coconut water
- 2 handfuls of organic spinach leaves
- 4-5 mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon of Pure Synergy
- if using as a meal replacement add a couple of teaspoons of your favourite protein powder
Blizz in a blender until the spinach has broken down and drink!
