  • 1 Green Pear (if using fruit on your cleanse)
  • 2 sticks of Celery
  • ½ Cucumber
  • 2 large handfuls of mixed Green (e.g. Spinach, Kale, Chard)
  • 1 tsp (or more) Pure Synergy
  • 1 small bunch of Parsley
  • ½ Lemon
  • 1 Lime
  • ½ inch piece of Ginger

Method: Put all the ingredients through your juicer, add the Pure Synergy Greens and mix well. Add a couple of ice cubes to a glass, then pour the fresh juice over and enjoy! This juice is super-alkaline.

Green Smoothie Recipe – Green Beauty

  • 1 few ice cubes
  • 1 Green Pear (if using fruit on your cleanse)
  • 2 handfuls of leafy Greens (e.g. Kale, Spinach, Cos, Chard)
  • 2 stalks of Celery
  • 1 small bunch of Mint
  • ½ fresh Lemon juice
  • 1 heaped dessertspoon (or more) of Synergy Natural Super Greens Organic Powder

Method: Put all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and mix until you reach the desired consistency. Try not to go over 30secs. Add a couple of ice cubes to a glass, then pour over the super green smoothie – enjoy!
