Throughout November, KITCHEN – British Museum of Food Exhibitions, London: Love food? There’s something for every palate at the British Museum of Food this month – if you’re not squeamish, see a fascinating film filmed using a surgical pill-cam to show what happens to food once we eat it. Oh, and there happens to be a chocolate-tasting experience room through sound. Need we say more?

2nd November, BODY – Yung Club Yoga, London: Whether you fancy a space ride or an underwater swim, this is escapism via yoga unlike you’ve ever seen before.

8th – 14th November, MIND – The Happiness Project, London: Masterminded by a group of scientists,  academics and the best part – young artists between the age of 12 and 19 – it raises the question “are we looking for happiness in all the wrong places?”. It’s thought-provoking contemporary theatre. 

8th & 22nd of November, WELLBEING – Mindfulness in Nature, London: If you find that nothing soothes your soul quite like nature but can’t leave the city for the weekend, head to Regent’s Park instead for a spot of eco-therapy with mindfulness.

7th November, KITCHEN – Cooking with Acorns Class, London: If you’re a fan of wild food and cooking with the seasons, don’t miss this fun workshop which will take you through foraging and harvesting acorns, through to cooking it.

8th November, BODY – Detox Dance, London:  What would detox look like, if it were a contemporary dance? The Pagrav Dance Company answers this with a show at the Arts Depot.

8th November, BODY – Yoga Supper Club, London:  Nourish body and soul at the Well Garden in Hackney Downs with an energising flow, followed by a healthy, autumnal-inspired vegetarian dinner prepared by Raw Curious.

10th November, MIND – How the French Think, London: Calling all Francophiles! This incisive exploration of the French intellectual tradition, ranging from Asterix to Voltaire and cafe’ culture makes for a tres charmante way to spend the evening.

13th November, KITCHEN – Peardrop Refugee Supper Club, London: One of our favourite clean-eating chefs Rose Lloyd Owen, founder of Peardrop & Fare Healthy, is throwing a delicious healthy feast to raise money for the Calais refugees and The Syrian Supper Club. Join her in a cool Hackney space for  free welcome cocktails, canapés and a three course meal – all for £40. Get your friends involved and book a spot on

15th November, WORLD –  Human Pop-Up, London: Ever wondered what your aura looks like? Now you can find out – and have a photographic memento too! Spots are going quick, so sign up now. If you’ve missed your chance at Fare Healthy Festival. 

15th November, YOGA – Yoga Bliss & Banquet, London: The session will start with a 90 minute class alongside live music, followed by a yummy vegan banquet designed by Andy Jones of Trip Kitchen. Not a bad way to spend a Sunday afternoon!

19th November 2015 to 28th February 2016 – Tibet’s Secret Temple, London: Dreaming of Tibet? If you can’t make it there anytime soon, head down to the Wellcome Collection for a little taster. The exhibition explores Tibetan Buddhist yogic and meditational practice and their connections to physical and mental wellbeing, by recreating murals seen in Tibet’s Lhasa’s Lukhang Temple in Tibet and a unique set of meditative objects. 22nd November, WORLD – Frock Me Vintage Fair, London: Vintage fan? Don’t miss Frock Me! From 20’s flapper dresses to Yves Saunt Laurent collectables, it’s a real fashion insider’s trove of treasures with Vogue’s seal of approval. One word of advice? Get there early!

23rd, WELLBEING – Elizabeth Gilbert Talk, London: The author of literary phenomenon ‘Eat, Prey, Love’ opens up about her new book “BIG MAGIC: Create Living Beyond Fear” and shares her insights about how to embrace creativity and curiosity.

26th November, KITCHEN – An Arm and a Leg Dinner, London: Want to do your bit for Syrian refugees? Sign up for a night of merriment, food, cocktails and music in aid of humanitarian relief in Syria organised by the Hands Up Foundation, UN Refugee Agency and the head chef of Juma Kitchen. Great food for a great cause!

26th November, MIND – A Good Night’s Sleep Workshop, London: Fascinated by sleep or frazzled by the lack of it? Either way, this workshop gives a fresh perspective on the subject.
