26th AugustMindfulness Meditation for Course Graduates: 6-6.50pm

Designed as a way to continue your practise after the 8 week mindfulness based intensives, these sessions in mindful meditation are hosted by one of our favourite mindfulness initiatives – the Mindfulness Project. A great way of sustaining your mindfulness technique, these sessions will provide guided meditations and the support needed to keep up a strong practise in daily life. A great way to wind up your work day – book in for a series of sessions or drop-in for a great mid-week recharger.

27th August- Content Event at lululemon athletica: 6.30-8pm

Teaming up once again with our friends down at lululemon athletica Marylebone – this Wednesday we’re bringing you an evening of free yoga and mingling with like minds. As spaces are limited, if you missed out this time stay tuned for upcoming events.

30th August- Real Food Market: 12-8pm

If you’re yet to experience the abundance of colourful produce on offer at the Real Food Market at the South Bank, go along and check out the 40 food and drink producers carefully selected based on their commitment to producing the best quality, sustainable and ethical food and drink. Featuring the best of seasonal and local produce alongside the most exciting newcomers and rising stars of London’s street food scene, head down and support the real food artisans who rear, grow and make the beautiful produce quintessential to Britain’s growing foodie scene.

The Real Food Market is held every Friday-Sunday at the Southbank Centre Square behind the Royal Festival Hall.

30th- 1st August- In The Woods Festival

Winner of the best Independent Festival at the Aim Awards in 2013, In The Woods Festival provides a platform for upcoming musicians and artists to perform and exhibit their work in a serene ‘enchanted secret woodland location’. Now in its 9th year, the festival features a carefully curated selection of creative showcases – with art, performances and activities scattered throughout the woods to allow for punters to mingle with nature as they take in the talent on offer.

3rd September: Did you hear? Planet Organic have enlisted nutritional therapist Eve Kalinik to prepare a healthy, raw and delicious breakfast, with juices and tea. Stop by their Torrington Place location from 8am until 10am, before work for a nourishing start to your day.

7th September: Calling all plant based foodies, last month saw the launch of what will be an exciting ongoing series for vegetarians, vegans and plant lovers alike! Dubbed the ‘Plant Based Picnic’, this monthly do is hosted by food bloggers Nutritiously Natasha, Plant Based_Pixie and Gloriously Delicious. 10th September: Whether you suffer from coeliac disease of choose to avoid gluten on your own terms, Get the Gloss’ Sarah Vine will be hosting an event to enlighten you all on one of the most current controversial topics in nutrition. With Q & A’s with nutritional therapist Amelia Freer and food blogger and nutritional coach Madeleine Shaw – not only will you leave this event with a whole lot of nutrition know-how, guests will additionally be treated to a gluten free lunch and a goodie bag of gluten free treats to take away.
